The key to happines truly does depend on us. Events may happen to influence happiness but it is our choice on whether or not we want that to effect us. When my sisters and I are mad at each other, my grandmother has always said, that she didn't make you mad. You allowed yourself to get mad. If we allow ourselves to be unhappy we have no one to blame but ourselves.-Aristotle
